It pays to be a winner.

It might be hard, but the satisfaction that comes with a job well done is more than worth the pain.

The only easy day was yesterday.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Life isn't easy. We can all agree with that. So, why complain? It won't change a thing.

I persevere and thrive in adversity.

We grow through adversity. Easy times are fun, but we rarely learn anything from them. If we chose to learn from past mistakes, we will always grow.

In the absence of orders I will take charge, lead my team and accomplish the mission.

What do you do when others aren't looking? Do you sneak off with a handful of cookies when your mom leaves to change the baby's diaper? Do you start slacking when your employer leaves?

The mark of a true, honorable leader is what they do when no one is watching. Take charge. Lead. And accomplish what you set out to do.

Uncompromising integrity is my standard.

Doing what everyone else does makes me "cool", right? Nope. What's cool is when someone stands up even when others mock or ridicule them. What's cool is when someone goes against the popular belief when something doesn't align with their beliefs.

Compromising your morals isn't the answer, nor is it the solution. )

My training is never complete.

Think you know it all? Well, think again. You realize that "the more you know, the more you realize you don't know".

 I will not fail.

What a great mindset to start out with. Failing is not an option.

Success isn't one either. It's the only outcome that I will accept.
